Brit Minichiello has over 15 years of experience building and leading Medical Affairs organizations, specializing in strategy, organizational development, and scientific platform and message development. She has held Medical Affairs leadership roles at Hologic, Outset Medical, and Pulmonx, where she drove strategic initiatives and built high-performing teams. In 2020, Brit founded BEspoke Medical Affairs to provide customized strategies and expert guidance for organizations with lean Medical Affairs teams, leveraging deep, specialized expertise across a variety of therapeutic areas. With extensive experience in presentation skills and scientific communication, she has trained over 1,000 healthcare professionals and corporate executives since 2015. Passionate about advancing women’s health and underfunded areas of research, Brit is also committed to leading a women-owned and powered business that delivers bold, strategic solutions to biotech, healthcare, and life sciences companies.

Amy Swanson is a strategic Medical Affairs leader with over 20 years of experience in clinical practice, industry, and academia. As a board-certified genetic counselor, she brings deep expertise in women’s health and rare diseases, with a strong track record in scientific engagement and medical information. Before joining BEspoke, Amy held Medical Affairs leadership roles at Verinata Health, Illumina, and Invitae, where she played a key role in the commercialization of noninvasive prenatal testing (NIPT) – a novel and disruptive diagnostic assay, from pre-commercialization through global launch and company acquisition. She has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in women’s health, genomics, and genetic counseling. As a partner at BEspoke Medical Affairs, Amy is dedicated to delivering innovative, strategic solutions tailored to the needs of biotech, healthcare and life sciences organizations.
